"To Sir, With Love" by Lauren Layne is a very sweet friends-to-lovers/enemies-to-lovers romance.
It's basically a more heartwarming version of "You've Got Mail", since the book's male lead isn't actually a villain. (I do find it a bit hard to root for Tom Hanks in that movie.)
This a good choice for a happy, easy read.
