Maudie is a girl with autism who spends the summer learning to surf, trust herself, and take life one wave at a time. 🏄‍♀️
Told in a mix of prose and verse, the writing gives Maudie a compelling voice and has so much heart. đź’ś It covers a variety of topics with care while building empathy and encouraging you to really look at how you relate to others. It is all very...real (in the best possible way).
