"Several People Are Typing" by Calvin Kasulke is mostly about an accidentally uploaded consciousness told entirely through the Slack conversations of a PR firm. Which I know sounds bizarre, but it's good!

I caught glimpses of the text when I was cataloging this book, and then proceeded to check it out and read the entire thing in one sitting (completely interrupting the other book I'm actively reading).

The characters are a lot of fun and totally loveable. And while I would kind of classify the story as sci-fi (uploaded consciousness), it's still light and funny and relatable. Sci-fi ultra lite, maybe.

I definitely recommend giving this one a shot!

Also, I've read several reviews saying the audiobook version is extremely well done, in case that's your thing.
